This website is maintained by some OA members who have recovered from their compulsive eating addictions by working the Twelve Steps of Overeaters Anonymous. We hope it will help others who suffer from compulsive eating. We have applied the directions found in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous for working the Twelve Steps to our compulsive eating addiction.
